Tasted Fractures

Not until
lashes hit cheeks
did I slip
revealed my galaxy -
a pinhole in the pleat
of existence,
it was then,
I crawled to you
reached your silver edges
breathed the depth,
learned the flavor of your history
tasted fractures -
opulent stones thrown into the night
revealed as whispers -
celestial glimpses of you.
